Replacement service: All the products in the replacement period, if the problems are caused by manufacturer. We give free replacement (Appearance damaged excluded).
Warranty serviceAll the products in the warranty period, if the problems are caused during using. We give free repairment (Artificially damaged excluded).

Users are entitled to get the services below for any quality problems caused by normal use since the purchase date.
Free repairment within 12 months, Limited maintenance within 36 months.

The date will be subject to purchase invoice date (no purchase invoice will be subject to the date of production). 
We assumes no obligation to provide after-sales service for no bar code and no serial products 3. Quality problems do not include personal subjective objection of timbre, tone, etc.
